We are currently recruiting Support Workers in the Hampshire and Dorset area for several residential/supported living homes to fulfil ongoing assignments for Days, Nights and weekend duties.
As a Support Worker (SW) working for Standby24, you will be responsible for the below duties:
· Support individuals with their complex Learning disability, Autism and or mental health recovery and daily living
· Build trusting relationships and promote independence
· Assist with appointments and care plans
· Work collaboratively with families and support teams
· Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding standards

Standby24 – Requirements
· 1 Year experience minimum in the UK
· Eligibility to work in the UK
· Full UK license (not essential but ideal)
· PMVA training
· Enhanced Children & Adults DBS certificate (Update service)
