"We wanted to communicate our appreciation for the support Standby24 have given a young person within our service, as they have been pivotal in enabling the young person to access the community (home, activities, appointments and etc) and mainstream education.
In particular, we wanted to note how impressed we have been with how accessible Standby24 have been, as we have always been able to reach a representative to discuss any changes to their provision within short notice and they have been able to update us of their changes/abilities within a few hours or even on same occasions right away. As a service they have been very accommodating of the young person and family's needs, which has been hugely valued as it helps with any dynamic planning on behalf of healthcare and shows their continued interest to build/maintain a holistic based service."

We have confidence that the team is resilient and therefore approach SB24 for highly complex cases. We are pleased with the progress you have made with our existing clients. The level of communication with management is excellent. The quality of record keeping by care staff is very good. You do not resort to restrictive interventions until less restrictive ones have been tried and failed. Staff promote independence of patients and keep their wellbeing at the forefront."
